Grass Valley accounting firm Scinto Group LLC desired a Class A office space with a modern feel to relocate their main office into. This was accomplished by the conversion of 3,600 sf of warehouse space into a professional office featuring a high open ceiling lobby reception area, private offices, work/copy room, conference rooms, employee break room and restrooms. Finishes consisted of tile and carpet flooring, natural slate screen wall, and maple cabinetry.
